Mr. Carles Fradera is the General Director of Barcelona Digital Technology Centre. A board member of the 22@Network association and of the Association of Technology Centres, he is also an associate professor in the ICT Department at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).

In earlier periods of his career he worked as assistant director and innovation director of CIDEM/ACCIÓ and he managed the CETEMMSA technology centre. He was director of the ICT Department at the Catalan Institute of Technology (ICT), was technical director of FIBROCO, led the Communication Department at La Salle – Ramon Llull University and worked as an associate consultant at Dataquest Telecommunications.
